Follow Will

Sayings of Chairman Will

ON THE COMPETITION

Too much pastel,

Not enough ink.

WHEN  DREAMING

There is no difference

Between a wise man

And a fool.

ANOTHER STORY . . .

If the Father of History,

Herodotus, Is also known

As the Father of Lies

What then is history?

FAIR WARNING

Stay thy hand,

Smite not the messenger,

Lest thou tempt

The wrath  of thy Chairman

WHAT IS REAL?

Myth & fact  are

But flip sides

Of the coin

Feed it in the slot

Come-up with Reality

ON TRUST

Day breaks,

Night falls,

Even dawn is false.

ON FAITH

Seeing is deceiving

Breathing  is believing.

ON THE SELF

The self  has

Imaginary playmates

One of which is the self.

IN INKISTAN

No state of mind

Is unpermissible

Except non-being.

ON SAND

Sand in my nose,

Sand in my beard,

Sand in my foreskin,

Sand in my shoes.

All these I can stand, and more.

But the sands of time, I cannot.

ON WHAT PASSES

Time knocks

On every door,

Beats

On every shore

Slides

With every tide

Slumbers not

Flies,

Moment to moment

ON DUST

A moment of doubt

Refined by dust

It is a life

It is my life

MY BROOM

Is a  flail to

Sweep and sweep

Dust devils

Away

ADVICE TO A FRIEND

Life may be hard

But truth Is harder.

And when the past

Is unbearable

And the FUTURE

Too daunting

Concentrate on

The  PRESENT

WHAT I KNOW

It is now

Now I know

Know what?

What I don’t know.

Knowing as I do

Nothing at all

ON NOW

The time is now

Now and only now,

Now & then not included.

ON FREEDOM

Freedom is time

When time is short

Short is time for free men

ON WORDS

Words are what they are

Much like people,

Only shorter.

IN SIBERIA

The nights were cold

But the stars were  hot

ON WEALTH

Why seek riches

When servicing

Riches means

beggary of time?

ON CRAPITALISM

It’s a disease ridden planet,

A skull riding the stars,

The three maggots of the free market,

Greedy, Goody & Goldilocks,

Eatin’ on them bones.
